Watch: Palestinian prisoners reunite with their families as part of the Gaza peace plan
Palestinians imprisoned by Israel are reuniting with their family members in Khan Younis as part of President Trump’s Gaza peace plan. During this phase, 2,000 Palestinians are expected to be released, including 250 who are serving life sentences. Of those expected to be released, 250 have been convicted of crimes, including murder and attacks against Israelis, while 1,700 have been detained from Gaza without charge. This comes as the remaining living Oct. 7 hostages held in Gaza are reunited with their families.
