Le Matin is reopening on Apr 3 in a cosier incarnation at Viva Vista in Buona Vista, with some new surprises up its sleeve. Think brioche rolls loaded with fried chicken or truffled scrambled eggs in the morning, and artisanal gelato in flavours like Pink Guava & Sour Plum and Burnt Butter Jerusalem Artichoke in the afternoon.
