Chinese and U.S. delegations have reached basic consensuses on arrangements to address key trade concerns after two days of talks in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The discussions touched on a wide range of issues, from tariffs and export controls to agriculture and digital trade, and both sides agreed to hammer out specific details through their domestic approval processes.
