Turkey has confirmed that 20 soldiers were killed after a C-130 military transport plane crashed in Georgia. The decades-old aircraft had departed from Azerbaijan before breaking apart mid-air, according to footage from the site. Ankara, Tbilisi, and Baku are jointly investigating the cause.
