अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप अपने एशिया दौरे के पहले चरण में शनिवार को कुआलालंपुर पहुंचेंगे। वे मलेशिया, दक्षिण कोरिया और जापान जाएंगे, जबकि दोनों देशों के बीच व्यापार युद्ध जारी है। पूरे क्षेत्र में व्यापार और निवेश समझौते होने की उम्मीद है, लेकिन इस दौरे का सबसे ज्यादा ध्यान दक्षिण कोरिया में चीन के राष्ट्रपति शी जिनपिंग से उनकी मुलाकात पर होगा। दरअसल, हाल के दिनों में दोनों देशों के बीच टैरिफ, रेयर अर्थ एलिमेंट, तकनीक और दवाओं को लेकर तनाव बढ़ा हुआ है। ऐसे में दोनों नेताओं की मुलाकात पर दुनिया की नजर होगी। 30 अक्टूबर को ट्रंप की मुलाकात दक्षिण कोरिया के ऐतिहासिक शहर ग्योंगजू में 21 सदस्यीय एशिया-प्रशांत आर्थिक सहयोग समिट के दौरान होगी। बता दें, अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप की इस क्षेत्र की पहली यात्रा रविवार और सोमवार को कुआलालंपुर में आसियान शिखर सम्मेलन से शुरू होगी।

US President Donald Trump will arrive in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday on the first leg of his Asia tour. He will visit Malaysia, South Korea, and Japan, while the trade war between the two countries continues. Trump’s meeting will take place on October 30th in the historic city of Gyeongju, South Korea, during the 21-member Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit. President Trump’s first visit to the region will begin with the ASEAN summit in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday and Monday.
