Son of Hawaii Doctor Accused of Trying to Kill Wife Testifies in Trial
The son of Gerhardt Konig, the Hawaii doctor accused of trying to kill his wife during a hike in 2025, took the stand on Tuesday where he testified that his dad threatened to kill himself during a FaceTime call after the altercation. Konig has pleaded not guilty and his attorney says his client acted in self defense, striking his wife with a rock after she began fighting with him.
