TODAY Pentagon Targets Sen. Mark Kelly in ‘Misconduct’ Probe

The Defense Department is opening an investigation against Arizona Sen. Mark Kelly after he and five other Democratic lawmakers released a video urging current military officers to defy unlawful orders from the Trump administration. The department says it’s probing whether the video was “intended to interfere with the loyalty, morale or good order and discipline of the armed forces” and that its review could lead to Kelly being recalled to active duty for a court martial.
