Nancy Guthrie Investigation Update: A Man Has Been Detained for Questioning
As the investigation into the disappearance of Savannah Guthrie’s mother Nancy Guthrie continues, a person has been detained for questioning, a person familiar with the matter confirmed to NBC News.

The person familiar with the matter confirmed that a man is currently being questioned in the Tucson area.

It is not clear if the person seen in the videos from the Guthrie home is the same individual who has been detained.

This is the latest development in the search for Savannah Guthrie’s 84-year-old mother. Law enforcement officials believe she was taken against her will from her home outside Tucson, Arizona; according to police, the family reported her missing around noon on Feb. 1, police said.

The FBI has not yet shared any comment on the individual who was detained, and the Pima County Sheriff’s Department says they are not releasing any further information at this time.
