TODAY Massive Winter Storm Ramps up Bringing Heavy Snow and Ice

The massive winter storm is ramping up with the arctic blast surging into the South and stretching up to the Northeast. It comes as parts of Texas are covered in ice and governors of 17 states have announced emergency declarations.
