Hundreds Airlifted From Alaskan Villages Devastated by Flooding
Rescue efforts are still underway in Alaska following the weekend storm that brought record water levels to two coastal villages, washing away several homes, some with people still inside. The Alaska National Guard airlifted 300 people from low-lying communities that were ravaged by high surf and strong winds. At least one person was killed and two are still missing.
