The families of the victims of two Boeing 737 Max jetliner crashes in 2018 and 2019 are set to make a plea to prosecutors demanding the company face criminal prosecution on Wednesday. That’s when a federal judge in Texas is set to hear the Justice Department’s new plea agreement that would drop felony charges against Boeing. NBC’s Tom Costello reports for TODAY.
