TODAY Explosion at Texas Oil Refinery Forces Shelter-in-Place Order

A huge explosion at an oil refinery in Texas, about 90 miles east of Houston, forced nearby residents to shelter in place. No injuries have been reported. Authorities are asking residents to stay inside until they get the all-clear.
