Joan Eichner, a member of a Dallas-area YMCA who joined their swimming program in the 1970s and continues to swim there three times a week, celebrated her 100th birthday — and the Y honored her with a big bash. “When you don’t want to get out of bed in the morning, get up, keep going,” she says 💛.
