TODAY Air Travel Slowly Returns to Normal After Government Shutdown

As the government begins to reopen, the Department of Transportation announced only 3% of flights will be cut now. According to FlightAware, more than 600 flights were canceled on Friday in the United States, but now the number stands at around 300. NBC’s Emilie Ikeda reports for Saturday TODAY.
