Thailand Politics: New government led by PM Anutin Charnvirakul sworn in
Thailand’s new government has been sworn in before the King, with the Cabinet led by Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul. The Bhumjaithai Party is leading a coalition government with a working majority in parliament after a surprise victory in the polls in February. In the coming days, Mr Anutin is expected to outline policy proposals to manage challenges made tougher by the crisis in the Middle East. Saksith Saiyasombut reports from Bangkok.
