Spain advocates for responsible trade that benefits both China and Europe
Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez is paying an official visit to China from April 11 to 15, his fourth visit in four years. In a panel discussion with CGTN, Javier Torá Mira, president of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in South China, says Spain’s interests are aligned with many European economies. While protecting its own economy, Spain is also helping shape a more pragmatic EU policy toward China, advocating for responsible trade that benefits both.
