Singapore to field record 551 SEA Games debutants in largest-ever contingent of 930 athletes
More than 550 Team Singapore athletes will make their SEA Games debut next month in Thailand. The 930-strong contingent, the largest ever, will compete in 48 sports. Singapore’s previous biggest contingent was 749, when it hosted the Games in 2015. Badminton’s Yeo Jia Min and jiu-jitsu exponent Noah Lim have been selected as flag bearers. Alif Amsyar reports.
