Singapore considers speeding up anti-vaping action against young repeat offenders ahead of new laws
Singapore is looking to step up efforts to identify young vape abusers who repeatedly offend, earlier, and act more quickly against them. Health Minister Ong Ye Kung said this on the sidelines of a community event. This comes ahead of new anti-vaping laws kicking in next month. Mr Ong says the group of re-offenders is small and that most youths stick to the rehabilitation programme.
