Reuters Texas primary to be first test of state’s redrawn map

The Texas map that was redrawn to protect the Republican Party’s fragile majority in the House of Representatives will be put to its first test on March 3, when the state’s voters choose the nominees for all 38 U.S. House seats, as well as statewide races for U.S. Senate and governor.
