Reuters Market Talk: War-induced energy spike ‘enough to stop rate cuts’

The price of oil and gas soared again after Gulf countries shut down facilities as they came under attack from Iranian missiles. Liberum Capital’s Joachim Klement said this is likely to add enough to inflation to prevent further rate cuts.
