Reuters ‘I’d love to keep that a secret,’ Caine tells Trump on rescue mission numbers

President Donald Trump asked General Dan Caine, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, during a press conference at the White House how many men were sent on the rescue mission for a U.S. airman downed in Iran.

“I’d love to keep that a secret,” Caine said. 

Trump then told the assembled press “it was hundreds.”
