Reuters ‘Ice floating’ makes debut in frozen Moscow

As temperatures in Moscow fell to slightly below -4°F (-20°C), a group of people took part in “ice floating,” relaxing in an ice hole while wearing red costumes that vaguely resembled spacesuits.
