Reuters Galápagos tortoise ‘Gramma’ dies aged around 141

A member of the first batch of Galápagos tortoises to arrive at the San Diego Zoo died in November, the zoo has announced. Named Gramma, she was believed to have been the zoo’s oldest living animal until her death.
