Reuters Comey says he’s ‘grateful’ after judge tosses case

Former FBI Director James Comey said in a video posted on social media that he was “grateful” a federal judge dismissed criminal charges against him.

The ruling throws out two cases — Comey’s and the case against New York Attorney General Letitia James — that Trump had publicly called for as he pressured Justice Department leaders to move against high-profile figures who criticized him and led investigations into his conduct.
