आज प्रशान्त किशोर को भी चुनाव में पहला सिय़ासी झटका लगा. प्रशान्त किशोर की जनसुराज पार्टी के तीन उम्मीदवारों ने चुनाव न लड़ने का एलान कर दिया. गोपालगंज से शशि शेखर सिन्हा और ब्रह्मपुर से सत्यप्रकाश तिवारी ने पर्चा भरने के बाद नाम वापस ले लिया, जबकि दानापुर सीट पर अखिलेश शाह ने इलेक्शन सिंबल लेने के बाद नॉमिनेशन ही फाइल नहीं किया. आज प्रशांत किशोर ने कहा कि उन्होंने अच्छे कैंडीडेट का सिलैक्शन किया था. इससे बीजेपी के नेताओं को हार का डर है और अब उनके उम्मीदवारों को धमका जा रहा हैं. चुनाव मैदान से हटने का प्रैशर बनाया जा रहा है.

Shashi Shekhar Sinha from Gopalganj and Satyaprakash Tiwari from Brahmapur withdrew their nominations after filing, while Akhilesh Shah, despite receiving the election symbol for the Danapur seat, did not file his nomination at all. Today, Prashant Kishore stated that he had selected good candidates. This has made BJP leaders fear defeat and is now threatening their candidates. Pressure is being exerted to withdraw from the electoral field.
