Paramount sweetens bid for Warner Bros Discovery
Paramount Skydance enhanced its Warner Bros Discovery bid, offering extra cash for each quarter that the deal fails to close beyond this year. The HBO owner said it would also cover the breakup fee owed to Netflix if it walked away.
