Displaced families in Khan Younis said they’re concerned about a return to fighting in Gaza, describing sleepless nights and strained supplies as children hauled water near tent camps.
 
The tenuous Gaza ceasefire was shaken this week by a series of deadly Israeli strikes across the enclave.
 
Israel said it remains committed to the U.S.-backed ceasefire, despite its retaliation for the death of an Israeli soldier with day-long bombardment that Gaza health authorities said killed 104 people.
