A deputy to China’s top legislature urged people on both sides of the Taiwan Strait to expand exchanges and seize opportunities from the 15th Five-Year Plan. Speaking to reporters at the Deputies’ Corridor ahead of the second plenary meeting of the fourth session of the 14th National People’s Congress, Zhou Qi stressed the historical fact that both sides of the Taiwan Strait belong to one China.
