No need for Singapore to impose fuel rationing measures so far: Shanmugam
Even as several countries have announced fuel rationing measures amid the uncertainties due to the Iran war and Middle East conflict, there is no need for Singapore to do so, said Coordinating Minister for National Security and Minister for Home Affairs K Shanmugam.
He explained to parliament how Singapore has access to diverse sources of energy and fuel supplies as part of a deliberate, long-term strategy.
Mr Shanmugam was giving a ministerial statement in parliament on Tuesday (Apr 7), on the impact of the Middle East conflict on Singapore. #sgnews #singapore
