Tokyo train lines suspended after power outageーNHK WORLD-JAPAN NEWS #shorts
A power outage has brought two of Tokyo’s busiest train lines to a halt. Services on the Yamanote and Keihin-Tohoku lines have been suspended as of 11:30 a.m. on Friday, January 16. The East Japan Railway Company says it expects services to resume around 1:00 p.m. on the same day.
