Iran has issued its strongest warning yet, threatening to unleash 2,000 ballistic missiles if the U.S. or Israel initiates any new military action. Tehran says its missile factories now operate nonstop, expanding an arsenal already larger than before the June 12-day war. Iranian officials claim their next strike would completely overwhelm Israeli defenses, which struggled after firing more than 150 THAAD interceptors during the last conflict. The massive U.S. expenditure raised doubts about Washington’s ability to endure prolonged missile attacks.
