Union Home Minister Amit Shah is chairing a high-level meeting with intelligence and Home Ministry officials to review the security situation and the ongoing multi-agency investigation into a reported blast near Delhi’s Red Fort. The meeting follows a Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which was also attended by National Security Advisor Ajit Doval. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has reportedly taken over the probe, filing a case under the UAPA and Explosives Act. According to the report, Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated, ‘the perpetrators will not be spared, those who are responsible for this terror attack will be brought to justice
