News : Mukesh Ambani offered prayers at Badrinath-Kedarnath and donated Rs 10 crore to BKTC.
The country’s renowned industrialist and Chairman of Reliance Industries, Mukesh Ambani, on Friday visited two major shrines of Uttarakhand, Kedarnath and Badrinath.During this, he donated an amount of Rs 10 crore to Shri Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee (BKTC).Mukesh Ambani first visited Baba Kedarnath in the morning. Upon arrival, BKTC President Hemant Dwivedi gave him a warm welcome and presented him with a Uttarakhandi cap.After the darshan, Ambani, while talking to temple committee chairman Hemant Dwivedi, praised the arrangements for the Chardham Yatra being conducted under the leadership of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami.He said that the Yatra is being conducted in a very systematic manner and the Dhami government has made excellent arrangements for the convenience of the pilgrims at the Yatra halts.
