On Chinese New Year’s Eve, four cities – Zigong, Guangzhou, Suzhou and Haikou – simultaneously staged grand light shows to celebrate the Year of the Horse.

Dazzling light displays featuring unique cultural elements of each city lit up the skylines, attracting tens of thousands of citizens and visitors.

The crowds cheered, took photos and exchanged New Year greetings, with the bright lights reflecting their joyful and festive mood.
