New restaurant Loca Niru at House of Tan Yeok Nee
Loca Niru, opening Nov 6, is a new fine dining restaurant at the historic House of Tan Yeok Nee on Penang Road. It’s one of the last remaining traditional Chinese mansions built in Singapore in the 19th century.
Here, chef Shusuke Kubota, formerly of Omakase at Stevens, has developed a cuisine marrying his Japanese roots and French culinary training with explorations of Southeast Asian flavours.
