New China TV Spring Festival on track: high-speed trains at subway frequency

Starting in early 2026, the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway will run trains just 3 minutes apart — the pace of a subway, across one of China’s busiest long-haul routes. Behind this is Zhang Bo and his team of timetable engineers, turning capacity into seamless travel.
