New China TV Qatar hosts 2nd Fereej Arts and Design Festival

The Fereej Arts and Design Festival returns for its second edition from November 9 to 14, hosted by Qatar’s Ministry of Culture, turning Doha into a global cultural hub with more than 120 artists from 21 countries.
