A newly resurfaced painting by legendary Spanish artist Pablo Picasso, which has never been shown to the public since its creation more than 80 years ago, is set to go under the hammer in Paris. It’s expected to sell for at least 8 million euros ($9.45 million). Picasso auctioneer Agnes Sevestre-Barbe explains its history and significance.
