NDTV CCTV Captures Explosion After Iran Missile Intercepted Over West Bank

CCTV footage captured an explosion after an Iranian missile was intercepted over a settlement in the Israeli-occupied West Bank on Thursday.

There were no reports of injuries.

Meanwhile, Israel warned of a fourth barrage of missiles coming from Iran on Thursday.

More than 3.4 million Palestinians and 700,000 Israelis live in the occupied West Bank and east Jerusalem, territories captured by Israel in 1967 and sought by Palestinians for a future state.

Palestinians in the occupied West Bank don’t have the kind of shelters found in most of Israel, where building codes have required them since the first Gulf War.

Though not a target, Palestinians have watched missiles streak overhead each night and Israeli interceptors explode them above.

The death toll from the war has risen to more than 1,500 people in Iran, nearly 1,100 people in Lebanon, 20 in Israel and 13 U.S. military members, as well as a number of civilians on land and sea in the Gulf region.

Millions of people in Lebanon and Iran have been displaced.
