Suspected shooter says Charlie Kirk ‘spread too much hate’
Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray described the text exchanges between Charlie Kirk’s suspected shooter, Tyler Robinson, and his roommate. When Robinson’s roommate asked about the suspect’s motives, he responded, “the guy spreads too much hate,” referring to Kirk. Robinson is charged with aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury, and obstruction of justice in connection with the shooting, with prosecutors announcing that they will seek the death penalty.
