NBC News Judge dismisses unrelated charge against mother of a missing 9-year-old

Ashlee Buzzard, the mother of a missing 9-year-old California girl, appeared in court where a felony false imprisonment charge filed against her in a separate case was dismissed, her attorney said. NBC News’ Steve Patterson has the latest on the case.
