NBC News Dangers of rechargeable batteries on planes

An NBC News investigation looked into the risk posed by rechargeable batteries onboard planes. The FAA reports a potential record number of lithium-Ion incidents this year even though most airlines don’t carry the certified burn bags to contain a fire. Here’s NBC News’ Tom Costello.
