NBC News Brothers with rare genetic disease receive gene therapy

An Illinois family pushed for both boys to receive the potentially life changing medical treatment after one was approved and the other initially denied by their insurer. Now both boys have received the gene therapy and the family is together in time for Christmas. NBC News’ Maggie Vespa reports.
