Medical examiner says gunman in NYC shooting at NFL headquarters had CTE
A medical examiner ruled that 27-year-old Shane Devon Tamura, the gunman who killed four people in New York City, had a degenerative brain disease. This comes after authorities say Tamura left a note at the scene of the July 28 shooting, expressing anger that his mental troubles may have been linked to playing football and requesting his brain be studied for CTE.
