Muthoot Microfinance CEO Sadaf Sayeed says asset quality and profitability are improving sharply. GNPA fell to 4.6%, net NPA to 1.41%, and credit cost dropped from 9.4% last year to just 3.6% in Q2 FY26. Disbursements rose 28% QoQ, and AUM reached ₹12,558 crore. With ROA at 1.8% and capital adequacy at 29%, the company remains on track to achieve its 2% ROA guidance for FY26.
