MOU to help Barbados save foreign exchange
A new memorandum of understanding is set to help Barbados save foreign exchange, develop new sectors, and think more strategically about workforce needs.
That’s according to Executive Director of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Council, Henderson Eastmond.
He was speaking after the signing of an agreement between his entity and the Barbados National Standards Institution.
