The National Training Agency of Trinidad and Tobago (NTATT) and the Tobago House of Assembly’s Division of Finance have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the implementation of a Training Needs Assessment in Tobago. The signing ceremony was held at the Victor E-Bruce Complex.
