Mindspace REIT reports a strong Q2 FY26 performance, led by 94.6% occupancy, 26% NOI growth, and rising distribution income.

Mindspace’s NOI margins remain at a solid 81–82%, supported by efficient cost management and strategic acquisitions like the R2 Pune Building and Airoli Gigaplex Data Center.

The company currently operates 1.7 million sq. ft. of data centers with a 285 MW capacity, with two centers live and three under construction in Navi Mumbai, India’s emerging data hub.
