Migrant Boat Sinks Near Malaysia-Thailand Border: Hundreds Missing | WION World DNA

A migrant vessel carrying around 300 people from Myanmar sank near the Malaysia-Thailand border, leaving hundreds missing. So far, 10 survivors and one body have been recovered off Langkawi. Many onboard were Rohingya fleeing persecution. Authorities continue an extensive search-and-rescue operation amid fears for lives of those on the two other boats.
