A pet monkey caused a spectacle when it escaped its owner at a Halloween store and was spotted swinging from the rafters.

The small primate, reportedly spooked by an animatronic decoration, evaded capture at a Spirit Halloween in Plano, Texas. Police confirmed the animal posed no threat, and the owner regained control by offering the diaper-wearing monkey a cookie.
